Recommendations

If you have extra time, consider visiting Notre-Dame Cathedral, which is currently undergoing restoration but open to the public, or the Palace of Versailles, located just outside of Paris. For a unique experience, take a hot air balloon ride over the city. To maximize your fun, consider buying a Paris Pass, which offers free entry to over 60 museums and attractions. Also, be sure to try some of the local street food, such as crepes and baguettes, which are both delicious and budget-friendly.

For side trips, consider taking a day trip to the Palace of Fontainebleau or the Champagne region. Alternatively, you can visit Disneyland Paris, located just outside of the city. To save money, consider taking the metro or walking instead of taking a taxi. Finally, don't forget to learn a few French phrases to communicate with the locals and immerse yourself in the culture.
