3-Day City Experience Itinerary in Gokarna for June 2023

  1. Day 1: Kudle Beach
    20 minutes (8.5 km) from Gokarna Bus Stand

    Morning: Spend the morning at Kudle Beach and try out some water sports such as banana boat rides, jet skiing, and parasailing. There are several shacks on the beach where you can enjoy breakfast and hot tea.
    Afternoon: Head towards Gokarna Beach and explore the Mahabaleshwara Temple. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is a fine example of Dravidian architecture.
    Evening: Catch the sunset at Om Beach while sipping on some fresh coconut water. You can indulge in some yoga at the beach or watch the fishermen bring in their catch of the day.

  2. Day 2: Mirjan Fort
    40 minutes (18 km) from Gokarna Bus Stand

    Morning: Visit the Mirjan Fort, a beautiful 17th-century fort that served as a strategic defense point for the rulers of the Vijayanagar Empire.
    Afternoon: Head over to Vibhuti Falls and spend the afternoon in its natural beauty. You can swim in the cool waters of the waterfall or have a picnic on the surrounding rocks.
    Evening: Visit the Maha Ganapati Temple located near the falls, which is dedicated to Lord Ganesha and is known for its exquisite architecture.

  3. Day 3: Nirvana Beach
    30 minutes (12 km) from Gokarna Bus Stand

    Morning: Visit the Paradise Beach and indulge in some beachcombing for shells and other treasures. You can also go for a swim or just relax on the beach.
    Afternoon: Head over to Half Moon Beach and try out some kayaking or snorkeling. The beach is surrounded by green hills and is a great spot for bird watching.

Recommendations
