Four-Day Foodie Itinerary in Mussoorie in July 2023

After breakfast, visit the nearby Char Dukan area and try their famous bun-omelette, Maggi, and shakes. In the evening, head back to the Mall Road area for dinner at Urban Turban or Kalsang Friends Corner for some delicious Tibetan food.

  2. Day 2: Local Food and Drinks Tour
    15 minutes (3.7 km) from Mussoorie Mall Road

    Join a local food and drinks tour to explore the best of Mussoorie's cuisine. Try the local chaat, momos, and lassi while enjoying the scenic beauty of the city. The tour will take you to popular food joints such as Kalsang, Chick Chocolate, and Cafe Ivy. In the evening, head to the Machan rooftop bar at Rokeby Manor for cocktails and a stunning view of the valley.

  3. Day 3: Cooking Class and Picnic

    Take a cooking class with a local family to learn how to make traditional dishes such as rajma chawal, aloo paratha, and kheer. Recommendations

If you have time, do visit the Mussoorie Heritage Centre to learn about the history and culture of Mussoorie. You can also take a day trip to Dhanaulti for a scenic drive and some adventure activities. Do try the local street food such as aloo tikki, gol gappa, and chhole bhature. To maximize your fun, take a cable car ride to Gun Hill to enjoy the panoramic view of the city. Lastly, don't forget to buy some local jams, pickles, and honey as souvenirs.
