Relaxing 3-day Itinerary in Kodaikanal in August 2023

  1. Day 1: Coaker's Walk
    20 minutes (2.1 miles) from Kodaikanal Bus Stand

    Start your day with a refreshing walk at Coaker's Walk. This serene path offers a breathtaking view of the valley. You can enjoy the fresh mountain air or sit on one of the benches to take in the panoramic view. After the walk, head to the nearby Café Coffee Day for a leisurely breakfast. In the afternoon, visit the Kodaikanal Lake, where you can take a peaceful boat ride or relax by the side of the lake. In the evening, go to the Kurinji Andavar Temple and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. You can also visit the nearby Silver Cascade Falls before heading back to your hotel.

  2. Day 2: Bryant Park

If you have extra time, you can also visit the Palani Murugan Temple or the Thalaiyar Falls. For a side trip, consider visiting the nearby hill station of Munnar. To maximize your fun, try to wake up early and catch the sunrise at one of the viewpoints. Make sure to try the local cuisine, especially the famous Kodaikanal chocolates.
