2-Day Adventure Itinerary for Wayanad in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Chembra Peak

    The morning trek to Chembra Peak is sure to get your adrenaline pumping. The peak, standing at 2,100 meters above sea level, offers a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, forests, and valleys. The trek will take about 3 hours and is moderately difficult. In the afternoon, head to Soochipara Falls, located 1 hour and 12 minutes (25.2 km) from Chembra Peak. The waterfall cascades from a height of 200 meters, and you can take a dip in the pool at the bottom. In the evening, visit the Edakkal Caves, located 40 minutes (11.5 km) from Soochipara Falls. These caves are famous for their ancient carvings and engravings, dating back to the Neolithic era.

  2. Day 2: Banasura Sagar Dam
