Recommendations

If you have an extra day, consider visiting the Meenakshi Amman Temple in Madurai, one of the oldest and most famous temples in South India. Another side trip could be to the Athirapally Waterfalls, which is known as the "Niagara of India". To maximize your fun, plan your trip during the winter months when the weather is pleasant for riding. Always carry a first-aid kit, extra clothes, and rain gear as the weather can be unpredictable in the hills. Lastly, make sure to stop and take in the views as you ride through the Western Ghats.
