  1. Day 1: Dubare Elephant Camp
    30 minutes (10 miles) from Coorg

    Start your day with a visit to Dubare Elephant Camp, where you can watch elephants being bathed and fed. Take a short elephant ride and learn about the history and ecology of the region. After lunch, try river rafting or kayaking on the Cauvery River. Spend the evening at one of the local bars and clubs, such as Purple Haze or Club Mahindra.

  2. Day 2: Talacauvery and Abbey Falls
    1 hour (25 miles) from Coorg

    Drive up to Talacauvery, the birthplace of the river Cauvery. Take a dip in the holy waters and visit the nearby temple. After lunch, head over to Abbey Falls, a picturesque waterfall surrounded by coffee and spice plantations. Take a dip in the pool below the falls, or hike the nearby trails. In the evening, enjoy a bonfire and barbecue at your hotel or resort.

  3. Day 3: Nishani Motte Trek and Bylakuppe Monastery
    2 hours (50 miles) from Coorg

    Start your day early with a trek to Nishani Motte, a scenic peak in the Brahmagiri range. The trek takes about 4-5 hours and offers stunning views of the surrounding valleys and hills. After the trek, head over to Bylakuppe, the largest Tibetan settlement in India. Visit the Namdroling Monastery and witness the daily puja ceremony. End your evening with a relaxing massage at a local spa.

Coorg is a beautiful destination with a lot to offer. If you have more time, consider visiting Nagarhole National Park for a wildlife safari or taking a coffee plantation tour. You can also take a day trip to the nearby city of Mysore, which is known for its palaces and museums.
