One Day Itinerary in Kuwait

Welcome to Kuwait, a country known for its modern architecture, cultural landmarks, and stunning beaches. This one-day itinerary will take you through some of the most exciting and interesting places in Kuwait City.

  • 9:00 AM: The Avenues Mall

    Starting the day off with shopping at the Avenues Mall, one of the largest malls in the world, is perfect for experiencing the modern architecture that Kuwait has to offer, as well as shopping in a luxurious setting.

  • 11:00 AM: Kuwait Towers
    15 minutes (6.1 km) from Avenues Mall

    The Kuwait Towers are one of the most famous landmarks in Kuwait City, and it's easy to see why. The stunning architecture is a blend of traditional Islamic motifs and modern design. Visitors can enjoy panoramic city views from the restaurant in the second tower, or get a bird's eye view from the top of the third tower.

  • 1:00 PM: Souq Al Mubarakiya
    10 minutes (2.8 km) from Kuwait Towers

    A trip to Souk Al-Mubarakiya will take you back in time, as you walk through the labyrinthine streets and browse the traditional stores. From perfumes to spices, textiles to pottery, the souk has something for everyone.

  • 3:00 PM: Kuwait National Museum
    15 minutes (5.1 km) from Souk Al Mubarakiya

    The National Museum features a vast collection of artefacts showcasing Kuwait's heritage, from prehistoric times to modern day. Interactive exhibits bring history to life for visitors, including a life-size diorama of a traditional Kuwaiti neighborhood.

  • 5:00 PM: Failaka Island
    60 minutes boat ride from Marina Crescent

    Finish the day by taking an evening boat ride to Failaka Island, which will take approximately 60 minutes The island is full of ancient treasures and it gives a glimpse into the history of the region. This small island has some of the best beaches in Kuwait and it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Transportation
