3-Day Motorcycle Riding Itinerary for Ooty in July 2023

1. Day 1: Doddabetta Peak
   15 minutes (6.5 miles) from Ooty Town

   Start your day early and head towards Doddabetta Peak, the highest mountain in the Nilgiri Hills. The morning views of the surrounding hills and valleys are breathtaking. After that, visit the Catherine Falls which is a beautiful waterfall nestled in the Nilgiri hills. In the evening, head back to Ooty and enjoy a warm meal at one of the local restaurants.

3. Day 3: Avalanche Lake
   60 minutes (20 miles) from Ooty Town

   Start your day early and head towards Avalanche Lake which is a natural lake surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests. Enjoy a peaceful morning walk around the lake and capture some scenic photographs. After that, head towards the Emerald Lake which is another beautiful lake surrounded by tea plantations. You can enjoy some boating and fishing here. In the afternoon, visit the Mukurthi National Park which is a protected area and home to various wildlife species. In the evening, head back to Ooty and enjoy a refreshing drink at one of the local cafes.
