5-Day Nature Itinerary in Kedarnath in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Trek to Vasuki Tal
    1 hour 35 minutes (5.5 km) from Kedarnath Temple

After a morning safari, head to the nearby Shankaracharya Samadhi and Bhairon Temple. In the afternoon, visit the Gandhi Sarovar and Vasuki Tal glaciers for a breathtaking view of the Himalayas.   3. Day 3: Rudra Cave

  5. Day 5: Kedarnath Glacier

In the afternoon, visit the Sonprayag and Gaurikund waterfalls. In the evening, bid farewell to Kedarnath and return to your hotel.

Recommendations

If you have some extra time, consider a side trip to the nearby hill station of Chopta. You can also try some local delicacies like Bal Mithai and Kafuli. To maximize your fun, try to trek to Kedarnath Temple instead of taking a helicopter. It's a challenging trek, but the views are worth it.
