Recommendations

If you have additional time, consider visiting the Gandhi Sarovar, which is a beautiful lake situated at a distance of 6 km from Kedarnath. You can also visit the Shankaracharya Samadhi, which is located near the Kedarnath temple and is a great place to learn about the history of the temple. If you are looking for a side trip, consider visiting the nearby town of Guptkashi, which is known for its ancient temples and beautiful scenic views.

To maximize your fun, make sure to carry all the necessary trekking equipment and warm clothes for your trek to Vasuki Tal. It is also recommended to carry a water bottle and some snacks for the journey. Make sure to book your hotel and travel arrangements in advance to avoid any last-minute hassles.
