In the morning, we will drive to Kalimath Temple, which is situated on the banks of the Mandakini River. The temple is revered for its spiritual significance and is believed to be one of the 108 shakti peeths in Hindu mythology. In the evening, we will return to Kedarnath and relax at our hotel.
On our final day, we will drive to Sonprayag, a picturesque hamlet situated at the confluence of the Mandakini and Basuki rivers. From here, we will take a short hike to the Kedarkantha Peak, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. We will have lunch at a local restaurant and then return to Kedarnath. In the evening, we will catch our flight back home.
