  1. Day 1: Talakaveri

    Talakaveri is a beautiful hill station and the birthplace of river Kaveri, considered sacred by the locals. The scenic beauty of the place is mesmerizing, with lush green hills and a wide variety of flora and fauna. In the morning, take a dip in the holy water at Talakaveri Temple and enjoy a serene atmosphere. In the afternoon, trek to the Brahmagiri Peak and enjoy the panoramic view of the Western Ghats. In the evening, visit the Bhagamandala Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, located at the confluence of three rivers.

  2. Day 2: Dubare Elephant Camp
    1 hour 2 minutes (28.2 miles) from Talakaveri

    Dubare Elephant Camp is a must-visit place for animal lovers. You can see elephants taking a bath in the river and even participate in bathing them. In the morning, learn about the ecology and biology of elephants, watch them bathe, and feed them. In the afternoon, take a coracle ride in the river and enjoy the scenic beauty of the place. In the evening, visit the Namdroling Monastery, also known as the Golden Temple, and experience the Tibetan culture and traditions.
