Afternoon, try the local cuisine at nearby restaurants. In the evening, take a stroll around Kedarnath and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

  2. Day 2: Vasuki Tal Trek

    Starting point: Sonprayag

    Embark on an exciting trek to Vasuki Tal, a high altitude lake at 14,200 ft. The trek is challenging and requires good fitness levels but the beautiful views of the Himalayas make it worth it. Start early in the morning to avoid any bad weather conditions. Afternoon, take some rest and enjoy the view. In the evening, return to Kedarnath and relax.

You can also visit the Gandhi Sarovar, a beautiful lake located on the Chorabari Glacier in the Garhwal Himalayas. Another popular attraction is the Gaurikund Temple, which is dedicated to Goddess Parvati and is located at the confluence of the Mandakini and Kedar Ganga rivers.
