3-Day Family-Friendly Itinerary for Coorg in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Abbey Falls

  2. Day 2: Dubare Elephant Camp
    1 hour (20 miles) from Madikeri

    Start the day with a visit to the Dubare Elephant Camp, where you can see elephants getting bathed and trained. You can also go on a short elephant ride and learn about their lifestyle. In the afternoon, visit the Namdroling Monastery, the second-largest Tibetan settlement in India, and learn about their culture.     Visit Talacauvery, the birthplace of the river Cauvery, in the morning. This place has religious significance and is considered holy by many. Afterward, visit the Bhagamandala temple, a popular pilgrim destination. In the afternoon, visit the Harangi Dam and take a boat ride. End the day by visiting the Chettalli coffee estates, where you can see how coffee is produced and packaged.
