3-Day Itinerary for Wayanad in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Chembra Peak

    Start your morning with a trek to the highest peak in Wayanad, Chembra Peak. It is a heart-shaped lake halfway up the peak that is a must-visit attraction. Afternoon, visit the Pookode Lake, a natural freshwater lake surrounded by lush green forests and hills. Evening, visit the Edakkal Caves, a natural wonder with petroglyphs dating back to the Neolithic era.

  2. Day 2: Banasura Sagar Dam

    Start your day with a visit to Banasura Sagar Dam, the largest earthen dam in India and the second-largest in Asia. Enjoy boating in the backwaters surrounded by the Banasura hills.
