5-Day Mathura and Vrindavan Itinerary in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Mathura Museum

  2. Day 2: Banke Bihari Temple

    In the morning, visit the Banke Bihari Temple, one of the most famous temples in Vrindavan dedicated to Lord Krishna. Afternoon, visit the Radha Raman Temple, another ancient temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. In the evening, visit the ISKCON temple and attend the lively Krishna Aarti.

  3. Day 3: Prem Mandir
    15 minutes (4.7 miles) from Banke Bihari Temple

    In the morning, visit the Prem Mandir, a massive temple complex featuring stunning architecture and a beautiful garden. Afternoon, visit the Kesi Ghat, a sacred spot on the bank of the Yamuna River. In the evening, visit the Nidhivan Temple, known for its mysterious stories related to Lord Krishna.

  4. Day 4: Govardhan Hill

If you want to experience the local culture, visit the Mathura and Vrindavan during Janmashtami which is the celebration of Lord Krishna's birth. You can also take a day trip to Agra to see the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort.
