Start your adventure with a surfing lesson at Hilton Beach. The beach offers some of the best waves in Tel Aviv. Make sure to bring sunscreen and a towel. The lesson will take 2 hours and you'll have the opportunity to catch some waves in the Mediterranean Sea.
Head to the Nachalat Binyamin area for a morning hike. The area offers scenic views of the city and has several hiking trails to choose from. Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes, bring enough water and snacks, and check the weather beforehand. The hike will take around 3 to 4 hours depending on the trail you choose.
End your adventure with an adrenaline-filled activity at Park Hamesila. The park offers various zipline courses for all levels, as well as other outdoor activities such as wall climbing and rope courses. Don't forget to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. The activity will take around 2 to 3 hours.
If you have more time, consider visiting other outdoor destinations such as the Yarkon Park or the Israel National Trail. If you have less time, skip the hiking activity and enjoy a bike ride along the Tel Aviv beach promenade. Make sure to also try some of Tel Aviv's street food such as falafel or sabich. Avoid visiting outdoor attractions during the summer midday heat and stay hydrated at all times.
