Start your day by heading to one of Singapore's most iconic landmarks, the Marina Bay Sands. You don't have to be a hotel guest to enjoy the view from its SkyPark Observation Deck, which offers a panoramic vista of the city.
Visit this futuristic park, known for its Supertree Grove, massive greenhouses, and man-made waterfall. Wander the indoor and outdoor gardens, take awesome photos, and experience the air-conditioned walkways.
Get off the tourist track and visit Chinatown. Soak up the vibrant atmosphere of its narrow streets, gold shops, food markets, and traditional Chinese medicine halls. Take time to sample the famous Hainanese Chicken Rice and Mango Sago dessert.
Spend your afternoon in Singapore's playground, Sentosa Island, which offers you a variety of activities to choose from, based on your preference. Enjoy the beach, visit the Universal Studios Singapore, watch the Wings of Time show, or go on a cable car ride for a panoramic view of Sentosa.
End your day at the historic riverside quay, Clarke Quay. Feel the charm of its bustling bars, restaurants, art galleries, and street performers. Take a boat ride for a beautiful night view of the Singapore skyline.
If you have more time, you can visit other attractions such as the Singapore Zoo, the ArtScience Museum, or the Merlion. But If you have less than a day, you can shorten your Sentosa trip, skip Chinatown, or start from Clarke Quay before proceeding to Sentosa. As much as possible, use the convenient MRT train system and save money while getting to your destinations.
