Ooty Lake is an artificial lake, which was constructed in 1824. Here, you can enjoy various activities like boating, horse riding, and cycling. You can take a romantic boat ride with your significant other or a fun-filled boat ride with your family. You can also visit the nearby deer park and enjoy the views of the surrounding hills and forests. Make sure you visit early, as it gets quite crowded later in the day.
Doddabetta Peak is the highest mountain peak in the Nilgiri Hills, with an altitude of 2,637 meters. The peak offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding areas, including Ooty town and Coimbatore city. You can trek to the top, and along the way, you will be surrounded by greenery, fresh air, and scenic views. You can also visit the Telescope House at the top, which offers a closer look at the view.
