If you have more time, you can explore Pahalgam, go for river rafting in Lidder river, visit the famous Amarnath temple or indulge in shopping at Lal Chowk street market. If you have less time, you can skip the Mughal Gardens on day 1 or the skiing activity in Gulmarg on day 3. Keep some buffer time in case of traffic and weather-related delays.
