This monastery has stunning architecture and is home to more than 5,000 monks and nuns. Next on your list is the Talakaveri Temple (6 am to 8 pm), located 38 km from Namdroling Monastery. This temple is an important pilgrimage site and is situated at the origin of the river Cauvery. End your day with a visit to Dubare Elephant Camp (8:30 am to 12 pm, 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm), located at a distance of 30 km from Talakaveri Temple.
