Useful Tips

For those who have more time, it is suggested to add an extra day in Sapa to trek across the wide rice paddies. For those with less time, they can skip the road trip to Ha Giang and go straight to Sapa. It is best to travel during autumn (September-November) or spring (March-May) to avoid the harsh weather conditions. It is also advisable to bring cash for expenses, especially in small towns where credit cards are not commonly accepted.
