Solang Valley is a picturesque destination that provides a fantastic experience for first-time visitors to Manali. You can enjoy adventure sports such as zorbing, skiing, and paragliding. You can take a cable car ride to enjoy the panoramic views. Additionally, families who have relatives who are interested in nature can walk around and take pleasure in the beautiful views of these areas. Do note that Solang Valley is closed during monsoons.
The Manikaran Gurudwara is a serene Sikh shrine located amidst the scenic Parvati Valley. The Gurudwara's complex houses the hot springs with high water vapors that is believed to relieve stress and provide physical relief. Visitors can enjoy a dip in the hot springs and savor the delicious langar. Do note that the Gurudwara timings are from 6 AM till 10 PM.
If you have more time, you can add a trip to the Himalayan Nyingmapa Buddhist Temple or take a stroll around Vashisht Temple. If you have less time, you can skip the Manikaran Gurudwara trip or shorten your visit to Rohtang Pass. Remember to check for the opening and closing timings of all the places you intend to visit and pack according to Manali's weather.
