Begin your adventure in Jaipur with a visit to the Nahargarh Fort which offers a breathtaking view of the entire city. You can take a hike up to the fort, which would be a thrilling experience, or hire a bike to reach the fort. The fort is considered to be one of the most haunted places in India and has many stories attached to it, which the guide can tell you.
Next, head to the Jaigarh Fort, which is considered one of the most impressive forts in Rajasthan. Jaigarh is known for its huge cannon, Jaivana, which was once the world's largest. You can enjoy the stunning countryside view from the top of the fort and check out the museum showcasing the history of the Jaigarh Fort.
On your third day, take a day trip to the Ranthambore National Park if you are a wildlife enthusiast. The park is known for its tigers and is also home to various other animals like wild boars, sloth bears, and crocodiles. You can enjoy a jeep safari or a canter safari to explore the park, and if you're lucky, you might spot a royal Bengal tiger.
On your final day in Jaipur, experience the city from a unique perspective with a Hot Air Balloon ride. You can witness the beautiful Amber Fort, Lake Sagar, and Palace from above. The Hot Air Balloon ride lasts for about an hour and the views from the top are simply stunning.
If you have extra time, you can add these places to your itinerary: Amer Fort, Jantar Mantar Observatory, and Albert Hall Museum. If you have less time, remove Ranthambore National Park from your list. Be prepared with comfortable shoes, light clothes, and sunscreen for outdoor activities. It would be better to book a guide who can assist you in exploring the forts and also assist in spotting the animals while in the national park.
