Hike to the top of the Brahmagiri Peak and witness the stunning views of misty hills and cloud-covered valleys. You can also spot various species of flora and fauna during the trek. The trail spans over 6 km with steep ascents and descents, challenging your physical endurance. Carry enough water and energizing snacks. It is advisable to start the trek early in the morning, and it will take around 3-4 hours to complete the trek.

It is an incredible opportunity to learn about the life and training of elephants, and their importance to Indian culture. It is ideal to go early in the morning to avoid the rush and long queues. The place opens at 9 am and closes at 4 pm
Experience the thrill of white water rafting in the Barapole River, one of the most challenging and exciting waterways in Karnataka. The rafting lasts for around 3 hours and has stretches of calm and rough waters, with rapids ranging from grade 2 to grade 4. You will be provided with safety gear and instructions before starting the activity.
If you have more time, you can explore other places like Abbey Falls and Raja's Seat in Madikeri, Tadiandamol Peak for trekking, and Nisargadhama for boating. If you have less time, you can skip the Brahmagiri Peak Trek and instead visit the Namdroling Monastery in Kushalnagar, which has impressive Tibetan architecture and a serene atmosphere.
