You can explore the entire garden in 2-3 hours, so plan accordingly. Don't forget to visit the Toda Hill at the Garden to experience the culture and lifestyle of the local Toda tribe.
If you have extra time, visit Ooty Lake for some boating or Avalanche Lake for some trout fishing. If you have less time, skip the Government Botanical Garden.
