Start your day by driving up to the Doddabetta Peak, the highest peak in the Nilgiri Hills, standing tall at 8,650 feet. The view of the valley below and nearby towns from the observatory deck is absolutely stunning. After admiring the breathtaking view, head to Tea Factory and Museum of Ooty, just an 8-minute drive from the peak. Learn about the traditional tea-making process and indulge in some tea tasting.
Spend your last morning visiting the Pykara Falls, a serene and peaceful cascade with a height of 180 feet. Take a picnic and spend some quality time with your partner surrounded by nature. Afterward, head to the nearby Pykara Lake. Enjoy a boat ride on the pristine waters of the lake or take a romantic stroll on the lake's shore.
If you have a couple of extra days, consider visiting the Ooty Lake, Sims Park or the Avalanche Lake. However, if you're short on time, you can skip the Tea Factory and Museum of Ooty, or just choose to visit the Pykara Falls or Lake.
