If you have more time, you can check out other attractions in Ooty like the Botanical Gardens, Pykara Waterfalls, and the Mudumalai National Park. If you have less time, you can skip Ooty Lake and head straight to Doddabetta Peak. Keep in mind that the peak can get crowded on weekends and public holidays, so plan accordingly.
