Day 1: Krishna Janmasthan Temple
Start your cultural immersion in Mathura by visiting the Krishna Janmasthan Temple, the birthplace of Lord Krishna. As per Hindu mythology, Krishna was born here in a prison cell and was exchanged with Yashoda's daughter. The temple complex also includes a prison cell depicting the birth scene. You can buy souvenirs from shops in the temple complex.

Day 2: Banke Bihari Temple
Start day 2 with the Banke Bihari Temple in Vrindavan. The temple contains a unique brass idol of Lord Krishna and Radha where the curtains are opened and closed after short intervals, also known as Jhulanotsav. The temple is renowned for its unique sweets, pedas, and samosas. Save the later part of the day for a visit to the ISKCON temple.

The International Society for Krishna Consciousness Temple, situated in Vrindavan, is dedicated to Lord Krishna. You can also take a walk around the beautiful gardens or participate in a Hare Krishna kirtan.
