The lake was commissioned by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan and features several islands, fountains, and parks. Visitors can take a boat ride, admire the panoramic views of the Aravalli Hills, and enjoy a picnic by the shore. There are also several historical monuments near the lake, such as the Daulat Bagh and the Baradari.
