The temple is surrounded by beautiful mountains and is believed to be the place where Lord Shiva married Parvati. The temple has a natural eternal flame that burns continuously and is said to be burning since the marriage ceremony.

If you have less time, you can skip the Vasuki Tal Trek and spend more time exploring the surroundings of Kedarnath Temple.
