Start your day with a scenic walk along Coakers Walk, a one-kilometer paved pathway along the edge of a hill that offers breathtaking views of the valley below. Afterward, take a stroll through Bryant Park, a botanical garden with a wide variety of flowers and trees. Don't miss the Glasshouse, where an annual flower show is held every May.
Head to Pillar Rocks, a set of three giant rock pillars that rise up to a height of 400 feet, offering a stunning view of the valley and the surrounding hills. After enjoying the picturesque view, visit Guna Cave, a small natural cave that is believed to have been used as a hideaway by a local bandit.
Spend your day visiting Kodaikanal Lake, a peaceful man-made lake surrounded by rolling hills and lush greenery. Enjoy a peaceful boat ride or take a walk along the promenade. In the afternoon, visit Bear Shola Falls, a seasonal waterfall that's at its best during monsoon season.
Start your day with a visit to Silent Valley Viewpoint, which offers panoramic views of the valley. After enjoying the view, stop by Kurinji Andavar Temple, a small temple dedicated to Lord Murugan that is surrounded by a rare flower called kurinji, which blooms only once in 12 years.
If you have more time, consider visiting the Pine Forest or the Moir Point for more stunning views. If you have less time, consider visiting only the most important attractions, such as Coakers Walk, Pillar Rocks, and Kodaikanal Lake. Keep in mind that some attractions may be closed during monsoon season or during off-peak months, so it's always a good idea to check ahead of time.
