Start off your trip in Ooty by visiting the Ooty Lake. The lake offers boating facilities and is surrounded by a beautiful landscape of eucalyptus trees and hills. Take a boat ride to enjoy the views or walk around the lake's circumference while the cool breeze refreshes you.
In the morning, head over to Doddabetta Peak, the highest point in Ooty. The view from the top is stunning, and you may even be able to see the plains of Coimbatore on a clear day. The peak can be reached by road, or you can opt for a trek if you want a more adventurous experience.
On your last day, visit the Pykara Waterfalls, located in beautiful surroundings and surrounded by lush greenery. You can go for a dip in the water, take a relaxing walk or hike to the top of the falls for a great view of the area. There's also a boathouse where you can go for a boat ride around the falls.
If you have more time, explore other destinations in Ooty such as the Rose Garden, Tea Factory, or the Botanical Garden. If you have less time, skip the Pykara Waterfalls and explore nearby destinations such as the Fernhills Palace or St. Stephen's Church.
