Take the Gondola ride, the highest cable car in the world, to Kongdoori Mountain and witness a panoramic view of the snowy Himalayan mountains. Visit the famous Alpather Lake, situated at the foothills of the twin Apharwat peaks, surrounded by snow and lush green meadows.
Drive to Pahalgam, known for its bewitching landscape and the famous Betaab Valley named after the Bollywood movie. Enjoy horse riding and explore the scenic beauty of Pahalgam. Visit the magnificent Aru Valley, located at an altitude of 2,408 meters, surrounded by thick coniferous forests and mountain streams.
Drive to Sonamarg, also known as "Meadow of Gold," famous for its glaciers and snow-capped peaks. Take a pony ride to the famous Thajiwas Glacier and indulge in snow-related activities such as sledding and skiing. Have a picnic lunch beside the pristine stream of Nallah Sindh. Return to Srinagar airport for your flight back home.
If you have more time, don't miss the Shankaracharya Hill Temple and Char Chinar Island in Srinagar. In Gulmarg, you can also visit the Golf Course and try snowboarding. Pahalgam has the famous Lidder River for fishing enthusiasts. If you have less time, you could skip Pahalgam and visit Gulmarg again. Also, make sure to check the weather before planning your trip, as some places might be closed due to heavy snow and rains.
