Begin your trip by taking a lovely morning walk along Coaker's Walk, a picturesque paved pathway along the mountains. It's the best place to take in the scenic beauty of the mountains, valley, and the town of Kodaikanal. After finishing your walk, head to Bryant Park, a lovely landscaped garden with colorful flowers and a small lake. You can relax by the lake, take a stroll in the gardens, and admire the beautiful flowers.
Explore the Pillar Rocks, a natural attraction with three giant rock pillars standing tall and proud amidst the lush green valley. The view from the observation point is breathtaking with the clouds covering the valley. Afterward, head to Guna Caves, also known as Devil's Kitchen. These deep bat-infested caves are surrounded by a dense forest and take you on an adventure through narrow rock-lined pathways.
Begin your last day at Berijam Lake, a serene and untouched natural beauty that offers a tranquil environment amidst the dense forest. From there, drive to the enchanting Pine Forest. It's a perfect place for walks, horse riding, and picnics. The forest is dense and pine-scented, and the view is beautiful from every angle.
If you have more time, you can check out the Kodaikanal Solar Observatory, Shembaganur Museum of Natural History, and Dolphin's Nose. If you have less time, skip Guna Caves and visit Bear Shola Falls instead. Make sure to carry warm clothing as it can get cold in the early mornings and evenings. Don't forget to carry cash, as most places don't accept cards.
