Magnificent Munnar: A Two-Day Itinerary

A boat ride on the dam would add more thrill to the experience. The crowd starts to gather by noon so it's better to head back to town before that.

  2. Day 2: Eravikulam National Park and Kundala Dam
    12 km(approx. 40 min) from Munnar Town

    Begin the day at 7:00 am and head to the iconic Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and an abundance of flora and fauna. Explore the park's beautiful landscapes, waterfalls, and trekking trails. Next, head to the stunning Kundala Dam, which offers a mesmerizing view of a serene lake spread over a vast area. With facilities for boating, speed boating and pedal boating, it's a great spot for water activities. It's a perfect way to end your trip on a relaxing note.
