4-Day Manali Adventure Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Hampta Pass Trek

    Start your adventure in Manali with a scenic trek to Hampta Pass. The trail comprises various terrains like rocky terrain, lush green meadows, and gushing streams.   2. Day 2: Solang Valley
    30 minutes (9.1 miles) from Hampta Pass

    Head to the Solang Valley for an adrenaline-filled day with adventurous activities like zipline, paragliding, and skiing. The valley offers stunning views of the snow-capped mountains and the Beas river. You can also visit the nearby Anjani Mahadev Temple, which is famous for its ice Shivling.

  3. Day 3: Bhrigu Lake Trek
    30 minutes (11.8 miles) from Solang Valley

    Take a picturesque trail to Bhrigu Lake, which is famous for its clear blue water surrounded by Alpine and lush green meadows. Bhrigu Lake trek is a moderate-level trek that takes around 6-7 hours and offers breathtaking views of Manali's snow-capped mountains and valleys. You can also visit the Vashist Hot Springs on your way back to rejuvenate your sore muscles.

  4. Day 4: Naggar Castle and Jana Falls
    40 minutes (16.4 miles) from Bhrigu Lake Trek

    Visit the historic Naggar Castle that dates back to the 15th century and was once the residence of the Kullu rulers. The castle showcases ancient architecture and offers excellent views of the Kullu Valley. After that, head towards Jana Falls, a hidden gem of Manali. The fall is surrounded by lush green forests and snow-clad mountains. You can dip your feet in the icy cold water or have a picnic by the waterfall.
