    Pagoda Point is an elevated viewpoint that offers a panoramic view of the Salem city and its neighboring hills. When you visit this spot, you’ll see four small buildings which have resembling structures like the pagodas in China,Japan, and Korea.

    Kiliyur Falls is a picturesque, roaring waterfall located amidst the lush greenery of the Eastern Ghats. It's a 300-feet high waterfall, which cascades down the rocky slopes. The best time to visit would be during the monsoon season or just after the rains, when the falls are in full glory. Visitors can indulge in activities such as bath under the falls and trekking.

  4. Day 2: Shevaroy Temple

    Shevaroy Temple is dedicated to Lord Shevaroyan, the presiding deity of the hill station. The temple is located on the flat top of the Shevaroy hills between Yercaud and Salem. This place offers scenic views of the entire Yercaud area, which includes coffee plantations, orange, guava, and pomegranate orchards, and trekking trails. You can also witness the exquisite natural beauty of Eastern Ghats from the hilltop temple.

Additionally, the Orchard Trail, which connects various plantations, is an exciting trekking trail that could be included if you have an extra day. People with less than 2 days can skip Kiliyur falls since it requires engaging in trekking activities, and the path is a bit challenging for the elders and children.
