Begin your first day by taking a stroll along Coaker's Walk, a picturesque path that offers stunning views of the surrounding valleys. The 1 km long walkway takes around 45 minutes to an hour. Once you're done, head to Bryant Park, an incredible garden that spans over 20 acres. With a wide variety of flora ranging from cacti to dahlias, a trip to the park is a must for nature enthusiasts. It also has a glasshouse and a beautiful boating pond.
On day 2, explore the marvels of nature at Pillar Rocks, a set of three massive boulders standing at a height of 400 feet. These rocks offer an amazing view of the surrounding landscape. After this, take a trip to Guna Caves, which is linked with the Tamil movie industry and has been used as a shoot location for many movies. The cave itself is formed between two massive rocks, and the trek up to it will take 30-45 minutes. The viewing deck offers a magnificent sight of the valley below.
If you have extra time, visit the picturesque Kodaikanal Lake, which offers a serene atmosphere for boating and cycling. For those interested in hiking, be sure to go on the Dolphin's Nose Trek, which offers an impressive view of the Palani Hills. If you only have a day to spend in Kodaikanal, consider doing either the Coaker's Walk-Bryant Park trip or the Pillar Rocks-Guna Caves trip, depending on your interests.
