Most of the locations listed can be reached via walking or taking public transit (bus, train, or metro). A single ride in the city costs €1.50 and a day pass can be bought for €4.50. A taxi ride from Napoli Centrale Railway Station to the city center costs around €15 and will take approximately 30 minutes. Another way to explore the city is to rent a bike or a scooter with rentals becoming accessible in numerous locations on an hourly or daily basis.
If you have more time, Capodimonte Museum and Park is worth visiting, where you can find beautifully restored treasures waiting for you. You can also visit the Port of Mergellina, which offers stunning views of the coast and is surrounded by delicious seafood restaurants. There are also short boat trips available to visit the remote islands near the bay. If you have less time, scaling down from 5 days to 3 days, you can remove few activities on day 1 and 2
The airport serving Naples is the Naples International Airport (NAP), located approximately 6 km northeast of Naples city center. The airport is connected to the city center by bus, taxi or the metro train, and the journey can take around 20-40 minutes depending on the mode of transportation.
