Discover the Majestic Munnar in 3 Days

2. Day 2: Adventure and Exploration

   Get your adrenaline pumping with a visit to the Kolukkumalai Tea Estate which is known to produce one of the best tea in the world. Next, head to the Pothamedu Viewpoint to enjoy the beautiful sunrise view. Then, head to the Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary for an adventurous trek with a chance to see elephants, sambars, and gaurs. If time permits, visit the Marayoor Sandalwood Forests. End the day with an optional camping experience at the sanctuary.

3. Day 3: Religious and Cultural Exploration

Useful tips:

If you have extra time, consider adding a visit to Madupetty Dam which is close to the Mattupetty Dam, this is a beautiful picnic spot and elephant arrival spot. Or you could go for an optional jeep safari at Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary.

If you don't have enough time, remove Marayoor Sandalwood Forests from the itinerary. You could also consider removing the entire day 3 by departing a day earlier.
