A serene freshwater lake surrounded by lush green forests and hills, Pookode Lake offers an opportunity to unwind and enjoy nature. You can even go for a paddleboat ride in the lake and explore the tiny islands and abundant aquatic life.
Home to tigers, elephants, leopards, and other exotic wildlife, Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary is a must-visit for all nature lovers. Take a jeep safari or opt for a walking trail and explore the natural beauty of the park.
If you have more time, you can add a visit to Edakkal Caves, Banasura Sagar Dam, and Karapuzha Dam. However, if you have less time, you can skip Pookode Lake or Soochipara Waterfalls.
