If you have more time, you can visit the nearby Manipal endpoint that is home to a large number of educational institutions. You can also add a visit to the famous Anegudde Vinayaka Temple and the Kadiyali Mahishamardini Temple. If you have less time, you can skip St. Mary's Island and visit the Kapu Beach or the Kaup Lighthouse, which offer scenic views of the coast.
