Drive to the charming village of Grindelwald, situated at the base of the fearsome north face of the Eiger. Take a cable car up to First Mountain and walk on the First Cliff Walk suspension bridge. Later, drive to Lake Brienz and take a relaxing boat ride, enjoying the clear turquoise waters, and panoramic views of the Alps.
Visit the largest glacier in the Alps, the Aletsch Glacier. Take a cable car up to Eggishorn and enjoy the stunning views of the 23 km long glacier. Later, drive to Oeschinen Lake and hike around the crystal-clear lake, which offers a panoramic view of the beautiful mountains and waterfalls surrounding the area.
Drive to the largest waterfall in Europe, the Rhine Falls. Take a boat ride to get up close to these mighty falls and walk to the top for an excellent view. Later, go to the medieval Stein am Rhein, a charming town set upon the shore of Lake Constance, and enjoy its unique frescoes and well-preserved, ornate buildings.
Drive to the Engadine Valley, where you will find snow peaks, glaciers, lakes, and meadows. Take a scenic train from Pontresina to Bernina Pass and enjoy the view to St Moritz, the world's most expensive resort town known for winter sports, luxury hotels and restaurants.
For more time, add a day trip to Zermatt for views of the famous Matterhorn mountain. The picturesque town of Lucerne, famous for its covered wooden bridges, is a great option for a day trip. If time is limited, consider excluding Rhine Falls and Stein am Rhein.
