4-Day Itinerary for Kodaikanal

  1. Day 1: Coaker's Walk and Bryant Park

    Start your day at Coaker's Walk, a paved pedestrian path with beautiful views of the surrounding valley and hills. Afterward, walk to Bryant Park and experience Kodaikanal's flora. This 20-acre botanical garden contains a wide variety of native and hybrid trees, and thousands of colorful flowers.

  2. Day 2: Pillar Rocks and Guna Cave
    30 minutes (8.5 km) from Bryant Park

    Visit Pillar Rocks, a set of three giant rock pillars situated at an altitude of 4000 feet. From there, travel to Guna Cave named after a famous Tamil movie. While it's not recommended for claustrophobic people, the cave has a fascinating history to discover.

  3. Day 3: Bear Shola Falls and Dolphin's Nose
    25 minutes (5.8 km) from Guna Cave

    Start your day by visiting the Bear Shola Falls, a picturesque waterfall surrounded by dense forest. After that, take a drive to Dolphin's Nose, a rugged cliff with a stunning view of the valley below.

  4. Day 4: Berijam Lake and Kurinji Andavar Temple
    40 minutes (22.8 km) from Dolphin's Nose

    Spend the day at Berijam Lake, a pristine freshwater lake surrounded by lush forests. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take a hike and explore the nearby hills. Afterward, visit the Kurinji Andavar Temple, dedicated to Lord Murugan, which is located on a hilltop and provides stunning views of the surrounding area.
