Exploring Kedarnath in 7 Days

  1. Day 1: Kedarnath Temple

  2. Day 2: Vasuki Tal Lake

  3. Day 3: Sonprayag

    Visit Sonprayag which is situated at the confluence of two rivers, and it's the starting point of the trek to Kedarnath Temple. You can sit along the river bank and listen to the soothing sound of water gushing through the rocks.

  4. Day 4: Triyuginarayan Temple

    Head towards Triyuginarayan Temple, which is a sacred Hindu temple that has historical significance. It is believed that Lord Shiva and Parvati got married here. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the temple.

  5. Day 5: Deoria Tal Lake
    3 hours (73.2 km) from Triyuginarayan Temple

    Trek to Deoria Tal Lake, which is situated at an altitude of 2,438 metres, and offers a breathtaking view of the Himalayas. You can camp overnight near the lake and stargaze at night.

  6. Day 6: Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi
    2 hours 15 minutes (74 km) from Deoria Tal Lake

    Visit the Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi, which is a sacred place of worship for Hindus. It is believed that Adi Shankaracharya attained samadhi (enlightenment) here. The temple is surrounded by beautiful gardens.

    45 minutes (20 km) from Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi
