Start your honeymoon by visiting the Yercaud Lake. Take a boat ride together and enjoy the serene beauty of the lake. Stroll around the walkway alongside the lake, and enjoy some of the scrumptious street food sold there.
Take a trek down to the Killiyur Falls, which is also one of the must-visit places in Yercaud. The fall provides a picturesque view as water cascades down in three tiers. Sitting on the rocks, splashing in the water and feeling the serenity, and enjoying the greenery all around – all add to an intimate honeymoon experience!
If you have more time, visit the Deer Park & Servarayan Temple, or go for a plantation tour at Coffee Estate. In case of less time, visit the lake in the morning, have lunch, and then visit Killiyur Falls. Avoid visiting the falls during monsoon season, as the water flow will be strong and tourist entry could be prohibited for safety reasons.
