If you have more time, you can explore Mall Road and Manu Temple in Manali. Also, if you are a foodie, do try the local Himachali cuisine including Dham, Madhra, and siddu. If you have less time, you can skip Rohtang Pass and Naggar Castle, although it would be a (little) bit of a shame.
