  1. Day 1: Mysuru Palace
    3 hours (99.6 miles) from Bengaluru

    Start your journey by driving straight to the renowned Mysuru Palace. Admire the palace's grandeur with detailed architecture and learn about its history, era, and significance. Displaying beautiful artwork and intricate carvings, the palace's interiors offer a vivid mirror of south Indian culture. Note that photography is prohibited inside the palace's restricted areas. Once done, move ahead to our next stop, the Brindavan Gardens.

  2. Day 1: Brindavan Gardens

    A short drive from the Mysuru Palace brings you to the serene Brindavan Gardens. Designed by Sir Mirza Ismail, the gardens offer a relaxing and picturesque environment. It features musical fountains, ornamental plants, beautiful shrubs, and trees. Stroll through the colorful gardens, watch the dancing fountain show in the evening, enjoy boat rides, or get a lovely family photograph. Be aware that the gardens get crowded and expect a little waiting line. Once done, drive straight to the next stop, Ooty.

  3. Day 1: Ooty Lake

    After a long drive, unwind at the Ooty Lake, an artificial lake situated in the Nilgiris district. The lake offers pleasant surroundings, boating, and horse riding. Walk around the lake, enjoy the serene environment, or ride a boat to relax. You may also capture a photograph of the beautiful landscape and admire the clear blue skyline. End your day with a delectable dinner at any nearby restaurant serving authentic South Indian cuisine.

  4. Day 2: Tea Museum

    Upon visiting Munnar - known for its exquisite tea plantations, waterfalls, and other picturesque views - our first stop will be the Lakkam Waterfalls. Nestled inside dense rainforests, the waterfall offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding greenery. Be cautious while getting closer to the falls' splash zone, as it can be slippery and risky. Take lovely photographs, relax in nature's lap, and enjoy the scenic beauty before moving ahead to see more wonders of Munnar.

  6. Day 2: Top Station
    1 hour 45 minutes (33.9 miles) from Lakkam Waterfalls

    Experience Munnar's best viewpoint by driving to the Top Station, which provides a panoramic view of Tata Tea gardens and the Western Ghats. As the name suggests, it is one of the top stations with a lush green environment, scenic views, and cool breeze. Capture the beautiful scenery, enjoy the tranquility of nature, and spend some valuable time before heading back to your hotel.

  7. Day 3: Mattupetty Dam and Echo point
    45 minutes (9.2 miles) from Top Station

    Visit the Mattupetty Dam, a concrete gravity dam situated between the hill ranges, which are a part of the Western Ghats. The view of the dam and hills standing tall against the blueness of the sky is awe-inspiring. You may also indulge in boating or fishing depending upon the season. Afterward, experience the thrill of the Echo Point, a place where your voice echoes till it fades. Shout out to your heart's content, hear the echo, and make unforgettable memories.

If you have an extra day, visit the Eravikulam National Park, which is famous for its endangered inhabitant, the Nilgiri Tahr. Learn about the vegetation, waterfalls, and enjoy a jeep safari. Also, carry medication for motion sickness as the hilly terrains may cause unease. Carrying a camera and a good pair of walking shoes is advised. If you have less time, skip Ooty and Tata Tea Museum and stick with Mysuru Palace, Brindavan Gardens, and Munnar's attractions for a shorter trip.
